YORK — The York Hearth Office was dispatched for a car that ran into the U.S. Mobile constructing at corner of Fifth Street and Lincoln Avenue late Saturday night, March 26.
York Fire Main Tony Bestwick reported the caller documented seeing smoke.
“When Engine 620 arrived on scene, the entrance window and door location of the retailer had been damaged by a vehicle that was continue to jogging in the building,” Main Bestwick claimed. “The motor crew could hear purely natural fuel flowing into the construction.
“York Fire requested that 911 communications contact Black Hills Electrical power, in get to shut off the gas,” he described. “At the same time, emergency responders from York Fire taken care of the driver of the vehicle, who was unveiled just after therapy.”
The York Law enforcement Office investigated the crash and residence harm.

“The York County Courthouse officials were contacted and educated that the south facet of the developing needed to be evacuated and the county jail would have to shelter in position.
