WHILE we dedicate time each week to cleaning inside our homes, have you ever stopped to think how dirty your car seats might be?

Whether they’re stained from drink spills or grubby from general daily use, it’s not exactly easy to shove them in the washing machine to get them clean.

But thankfully, Mrs Hinch fans have come up with the perfect solution to get filthy car seats looking brand new.

And perhaps the best bit? The miracle product costs just £3.

Avid cleaning fanatics have taken to a Mrs Hinch-inspired group on Facebook to reveal their top hacks when it comes to cleaning car seats.

As reported by The Express, the initial post that sparked the conversation read: “Appalled at the state of my car seats.

Could someone please suggest the best way of cleaning these?”

And the woman wasn’t short of answers as cleaning fans flooded to the comments section with suggestions – and there was one stand out answer, Dr Beckmann carpet cleaner.

“Dr Beckmann carpet and upholstery cleaner,” recommended one. “I had an old water stain (sports bottle leaked) on car seat, tried Dr Beckmann and now it’s like new!”

A second agreed: “I’ve just done mine today as mine were like this! I used Dr Beckmann carpet stain remover and it worked wonders!”

A third added: “Dr Beckmann is amazing, as mentioned above.

“I would highly recommend this product.

“You can buy it from B&M or you could try local pound shops, they sell nearly all the cleaning stuff.
